Terms of Service

Jobrman helps you run a job search: track postings, applications, contacts and interviews, keep your resumes and cover letters, and use AI to score and tailor a resume or draft a cover letter for a posting. The AI features produce suggestions you review and decide on; you are responsible for what you send to an employer.

• You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details.
• Keep your password private; what happens under your account is your responsibility until you tell us it was compromised.
• One person per account. You may not share, sell or transfer it.

• Free includes tracking without limits and a one-time set of AI actions to try the product.
• Basic and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or weekly through Stripe, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. They renew automatically until cancelled. Pro has no monthly counts on AI features but is subject to fair use; we will tell you before fair use affects you.
• Your AI allowance renews monthly whichever way you are billed. Switching between Basic and Pro, or between weekly and monthly billing, keeps what you have already used in the current month; Stripe prorates the price difference.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing you saved is removed.
• Payments are final once a period starts, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or we agree otherwise. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing your subscription ends and your account moves to Free.
• We may change prices or plan contents with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal after that notice.
• Prices exclude any taxes we are required to collect, which are shown at checkout.

Your resumes, letters, notes and the postings you save stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, display and process them to provide the service, including sending the relevant text to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

• Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to misrepresent yourself to employers in ways that are unlawful.
• Do not probe, overload or circumvent the service, its allowances or its security, or scrape it.
• Do not upload content that is not yours to use or that contains malware.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with notice where we reasonably can.

AI features produce drafts and estimates. A fit score is an estimate, a tailored bullet is a suggestion, and a cover letter is a draft. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check everything before you rely on it; Jobrman does not guarantee any outcome in your job search.

We aim to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or retire features; if we retire the service we will give you at least 30 days to export your data.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Jobrman is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost income arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@jobrman.ai; we delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content, liability, governing law) do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are brought in its courts, unless the consumer law where you live gives you a right to another forum.

When these terms change we update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions go to support@jobrman.ai.
